Island Paradise
	Christmas Island is a small tropical oceanic island (137 km square) of volcanic origins situated in the eastern Indian Ocean, approximately 300 km south of Java, 1300 km south of Singapore, and 1200 km from its nearest point to the Australian Continent (the Pilbara Coast).
