For
the longest
time, I have been intrigued by the winter environment... with a proliferation
of whiteness, and an unforgiving coldness to the bones.
These pictures are
about my very first "technical snow and ice" experience... the Basic Winter Ice
Climbing Course conducted by the Chinese Mountaineering
Association in February 2002
